ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Dr. Fred Toke, Psy.D. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of People for Care and Learning, an international humanitarian organization dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty. Based in Mobile, Alabama, USA, Dr. Toke brings expertise and experience to his role. With a background as a Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Toke has had the privilege of serving the communities in the US and Asia in mental health and taught briefly at both Nanyang Technological University and the University Malaysia's Faculty of Medicine in Sabah. He also conducted training for executives from renowned multinational corporations such as Apple Computer, Ernst & Young, Abbott Laboratories, Singapore Airlines, UOB Bank, and several others. As a regular Keynote speaker for various Mental Health Forums, Dr. Toke's humorous delivery style captivates his audiences and students with his insightful presentations. Additionally, Dr. Toke delivered an inspiring TEDx talk on "Winning Over Worries." Dr. Toke has been awarded the prestigious Asia-Pacific Brands Award for his work and was nominated for the 2010 Singapore Spirit of Enterprise Award. Dr. Toke also penned several books, including his latest, "When Life Hands You The Shorter End Of The Stick," now in its 3rd reprint. |
