HOW TO LIVE YOUR DAY
When was the last time you woke up and realized that today could be the best day of your life?

Ready to have a successful day? Implement these 5 simple habits and set yourself up to a productive day.

1. WAKE UP to pursue your dreams.
Your dream gives you a sense of meaning and purpose and drives you on into your chosen future. However, the only way to make your dreams come true is to wake up and go after it. Shake off your lethargy and get to work! Dreams don't work until you do.
"Life is too short," she panicked, "I want more." He nodded slowly, "Wake up earlier." ~Dr. SunWolf

2. LOOK UP for inspiration and strength.
When life gets you down, don't wear a frown, don't look away, look up. Author Shannon L. Alder put it succinctly, "Fear is the glue that keeps you stuck. Faith is the solvent that sets you free."
"I lift up my eyes to the mountains — where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth." King David of Israel

3. PULL UP someone in need.
Helping others should be a natural extension of our responsibilities. Helping others isn't always easy as it can derail your schedule and cost you time, money, and other resources. However, research has found many examples of how doing good, in ways big or small, not only feels good but also does you good. Want to have a good day? Be on the lookout for someone in need.

4. RISE UP to the challenges of the day.
Mark Twain once said, "Eat a live frog first thing in the morning, and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day." Do not allow a situation to negate your entire day (or life!) by avoiding them. Such procrastination will lead to an accumulation of unresolved tasks that will eventually surface as a huge mountain to overcome. Face it, fight it, and fix it today. Tonight, you will find tranquillity and rest.

5. LEGS UP for a well-deserved rest.
It will certainly help if you are in good shape to function at your best. A night of good sleep will undoubtedly go a long well to achieve that. Making time for rest can restore your energy to deal with responsibilities, relationships, and influence your overall health. This is because your mind and body are intrinsically connected. When your body feels that you have reached your limit, and it is telling you that "I need a rest," you may do well to listen.

"Success is to wake up each morning and consciously decide that today will be the best day of your life." ― Ken Poirot

"Life is about accepting the challenges along the way, choosing to keep moving forward, and savoring the journey." - Roy T. Bennett

"This is the day the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it."
― King David of Israel
